Login and password

  • I forgot my password. How do I ask for a new password?
    Go to login page and click "Forgot your password" link. A new temporary password will be sent to your e-mail address. After you confirm it via the link in your e-mail, you can change your password.
  • How do I change my e-mail address?
    After your successful login, click "Profile" / "Change e-mail/Log-in" at the top of the page and follow the instructions. Don't forget to check your inbox and confirm your new e-mail address within the next 24 hours.

 

Membership Benefits

  • How do I know if I am an AOCMF member?

    If you are not 100% sure of your membership status, log in to your account. On your dashboard, you should be able to see under the "My Privileges" section whether you're an AOCMF user (free registered user, with no membership benefits) or a have Member/Member Plus membership package.


    If you are a AOCMF User, you can purchase a membership package in just a couple of seconds directly through the dashboard - click on the "BECOME A MEMBER" link on the top-right.

  • How do I become an AOCMF member?

    To join the AOCMF community, you need to purchase a membership package from your dashboard.


    If you don't have an AOCMF login, first create a new user account following the link. Once you confirm your account and have access to your dashboard, you can become a member by clicking on the "BECOME A MEMBER" link on the top-right of the page and following the instructions. It is very easy!

  • What is my dashboard?
    It is your personal profile page where you can edit your details and renew or cancel your membership subscription. Here you will find also all the direct links to the membership benefits.
  • How can I renew my membership?
    Just log in to your dashboard and renew or upgrade your membership as follows:

    • Click "Become a member/AOCMF" on top right after log-in and follow the instructions.
    • Click "Profile/My Profile" on top right after log-in, click "My Membership(s)" and follow the instructions.
    • From your dashboard, scroll down to "Settings" and, either click "I want to… Renew or Upgrade My Membership" or, click your membership under "My Memberships."

  • Where can I access my member benefits?
    After you log in to your profile page, the benefits are listed under the "My Privileges" section with clickable links.
  • Some links on my dashboard are not active. Why?

    Based on your membership status some of the benefits might not be active and are displayed with light-grey text. As a Registered User, you have access only to our limited free resources. Upgrade your account to either Member or Member Plus and start enjoying the full extend of the AOCMF Membership.


    Don't forget that members can save up to 10% on AOCMF courses - make sure you sign up for membership before registering to a new course. 

  • I cannot access my member benefits.
    You are clicking on an active link (blue) and nothing happens? With older versions of Internet Explorer, some of the links may not work. Please update your browser to the latest version, or use Google Chrome or Firefox.
  • I am a Member Plus. Why don’t I receive the printed Craniomaxillofacial Trauma & Reconstruction Open (CMTR Open) journal?

    With an AOCMF Member Plus package, you will receive the hard copy of CMTR journal by mail.


    Please make sure you provide us with a correct shipping address. From experience, shipping to hospitals and clinics is problematic as the journal often gets lost in the abundance of mail. We recommend you use a separate shipping address for the hard copy. If you experience any problems, please contact our membership team as soon as possible at membership@aocmf.org

  • How do I get my membership certificate?
    You can find the membership certificate on your dashboard, under "Settings"/"Print Membership Certificates."
  • Why can’t I see my course certificates and/or courses in my profile?
    To add any information to your profile, you must first be a member. Please check to make sure that you are an AOCMF member.

    This step is not automatically done by AO. We are currently working to improve this feature by adding attended courses and certificates to your profile. You can, in the meantime, upload any certificates or additional documents directly from your dashboard.

 

Payments

  • How much does a membership package cost?

    The yearly membership fee is of CHF 100 for the AOCMF Member package and CHF 190 for the AOCMF Member Plus package. For a two-year subscription, we are offering a discount of 10%.


    We offer discounted prices for students and residents (upon proof), and doctors from lower-middle income countries. A special fixed rate of CHF 20 for a one-year membership package is granted to doctors from low-income countries. Check all the discounts available here.

  • How can I pay my membership fee?
    You can pay online using your credit card or Paypal account or via bank transfer. During events, we also accept cash payments.
  • Why won’t my credit card work?
    We accept all major credit cards. Nevertheless, it could be that your credit card company or bank provider has restrictions on international purchases. If your credit card does not work, please contact your provider to make sure you can make purchases in Swiss francs.
  • Can I pay the membership fee offline?

    Yes, you can request an invoice. Simply choose offline payment within the payment process.

  • How can I get receipt for my membership?
    You can find all receipts on your dashboard, under "Settings"/"View My Receipts." You can save the file as PDF on your computer or print it out.
