The CranioMaxilloFacial Specialty of the AO Foundation (AOCMF), in cooperation with the AO Research Institute Davos (ARI), is pleased to inform you that the following call for proposals is now open.

Bisphosphonate-Related OsteoNecrosis of the Jaws

The AOCMF Research and Development Commission invites you to submit a full proposal for its call for applications in the field of ‘Bisphosphonate-Related OsteoNecrosis of the Jaws (BRONJ)’.

The proposed project must be based on collaboration with the AO Research Institute (ARI) in Davos and should ideally be animal-based.

The applications have to be approved by the Director of the AO Research Institute Davos prior to further submission. It is the responsibility of the Principal Applicant to provide a written confirmation from the Director of ARI with the application.

All interested researchers are invited to submit their proposal by our deadline of: 

February 28, 2011, 12 pm CET to anita.anthon@aocmf.org.

Please note: Only applications submitted to this email address and within the specified deadline will be considered for the review process. The proposal must be submitted in English using the attached AOCMF application form for 'Bisphosphonate-Related Osteonecrosis of the Jaws (BRONJ)'. The peer review process will be conducted by the AO Research Review Commission and the final decision will be made by the AOCMF R&D Commission.
